Math Fun For Kids℠ is for kids to THINK, and  SOLVE the Open-Ended / Open-Response Math Problems and then COLLABORATE, and ADAPT the solution(s) . This is neither a math competition nor preparation for any competitive exam. This event is to provide opportunity for kids to think critically on their own, and learn alternate solutions from other kids. This is a community event organized with the help of volunteers.

1. Location: The Duck Club 

15 Riparian View, Irvine, CA 92612  - Getting to Duck Club is very tricky. Please review The Map carefully before you start.

2. Things to Bring:

• Pencil(s), Eraser, Pencil Sharpener, and Ruler

• Any special things you child might need

• $10 contribution per participant - to cover snacks or light dinner, consumables, and any incidental expenses. Please bring exact amount as we might not have enough changes to return.

3. Agenda:

04:30 PM to 04:45 PM - CHECK-IN (Parents are required to Check-In). Parents need to sign/submit the Waiver. Click Here to View the Waiver 

04:45 PM to 05:00 PM - Overview and Introduction

05:00 PM to 06: 00 PM -  THINK AND SOLVE - Problem Solving (12 Open Ended Math Questions)

06:00 PM to 06:30 PM  -  Break/Light Dinner 

06:30 PM to 07:30 PM - COLLABORATE AND ADAPT - Solution Discussion - Each participant will get a chance to present their solution(s) at least for one problem.

07:30 PM  - Parents Picking Up Kids and 2nd Anniversary Celebration
